Project Description
RICK has provided civil engineering and construction management services associated with the development of Lagae Ranch, a 200-plus-acre, master-planned residential community located in the vicinity of the Castle Pines Village area of Castle Pines, Colorado. As part of this effort, RICK completed conceptual design, final design, and construction management for intersection widening of Castle Pines Parkway and Lagae Road, the main arterial parkway to the Lagae development. Working directly with the City of Castle Pines and using Castle Pines’ standards, the design of Castle Pines Parkway includes bike lanes, detached sidewalks, and significant vegetative areas. RICK also coordinated with the City on the right-of-way acquisition needed.
