Our engineering, planning, and design teams understand the importance of working seamlessly to design and develop resilient and sustainable projects. The RICK team brings in-house expertise in urban planning, landscape architecture, transportation, water resource management, and infrastructure development. We also understand the complex nature of CEQA/NEPA and permitting review, which allows us to execute projects effectively and efficiently. Experienced team members prepare applications, review technical studies, and assist clients in obtaining approval with entities such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and the California Regional Water Quality Control Board.
