The Culture at RICK

RICK started as a family business more than 60 years ago. Though we have grown our employee-base and expanded geographically, we have proudly maintained our close-knit, people-oriented company culture. We truly care about our employees and their personal and professional development, which is why we have one of the highest employee retention rates in the industry.

At RICK you’ll find an abundance of opportunities for mentorship, growth, and (of course) fun!

RICK Academy

In 2016, we launched RICK Academy – a robust, multi-disciplinary corporate training program that supports employee professional development, enhances our offerings to clients, and serves as a center of excellence for the industry. This internal university is a forum to share cutting-edge trends, technology, and leadership practices.
