For more than 65 years, RICK has provided housing plans across the western United States, including but not limited to single-family, multi-family, affordable, student, and senior housing. We have developed housing plans in economically and socially diverse neighborhoods and in locations ranging from open land space to reclaimed quarry and brown field sites.

Many of our projects involve alternative funding sources, such as HUD grants, and require coordination with private landowners, community groups, utility providers, public agencies, and housing and planning commissions. Our team members are familiar with processing Conditional Use Permits, Community Plan Amendments, Planned Development Permits, Building Permits, and Grading and Land Development Permits. Many of our employees participate in volunteer and/or professional organizations specializing in providing housing opportunities to people in need.
