Jason Dineen & Paul Fritz Join RICK’s Growing Las Vegas Office

 

RICK is excited to welcome Jason Dineen and Paul Fritz to the team in our Las Vegas office.

Both professionals come with impressive credentials and share enthusiasm for their new roles, especially regarding the opportunity to collaborate with the rest of the team in our Las Vegas office.

 

 

Jason Dineen has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on land development. With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Jason has a solid foundation in the principles that drive effective engineering solutions. He is an expert in designing technical plans for project implementation, cost control, quality control, contract administration, resources allocation, scheduling, and budget control with multidisciplinary teams. His previous work includes significant projects aimed at enhancing communities.

Known for his practical approach to complex engineering challenges, Jason is always seeking innovative solutions that benefit clients, investing in relationships throughout the lifecycle of projects. He is eager to continue contributing his skills to projects that make a tangible difference in the Las Vegas area.

Joining Jason is Paul Fritz, whose background in project management and 32 years of experience complement the team’s expertise. Specializing in commercial, retail, office, education, parks, and multifamily residential land development from feasibility through construction, Paul has led numerous infrastructure projects, emphasizing client satisfaction. He also has extensive experience in streamlining production of deliverables using Civil 3D.

Paul’s approach is characterized by collaboration and communication, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. He’s enthusiastic about the people-focused culture at RICK, and RICK’s values resonate with him. Paul is keen to apply his experience to drive successful outcomes for our projects.
