Six months ago, Sanjay Paul, PhD, PE, PTOE, PTP began Arizona’s American Council of Engineering (ACEC) Leadership in Engineering Administration Program (LEAP). LEAP is designed specifically for upwardly mobile professionals in Arizona’s consulting engineering industry who have, or will have, project management responsibilities. LEAP modules include: Winning Proposals and Selling Consulting Engineering Services, Project Scoping, Planning and Control, Why Political Engagement is Important, Value Creation, Communication Skills, Human Resources, and Persuasive Presentations!
After completing LEAP, Sanjay was presented the “High Achiever Award”!
