Project Description
RICK was awarded the preliminary and final design contract for the redevelopment of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo’s Vista Grande Dining Facility. The project included surveying, demolition of the existing cafeteria facility, and civil site design for the new building and associated infrastructure. RICK provided various services such as, but not limited to grading, drainage, demolition, interim grading plans to facilitate stormwater controls and project phasing, and erosion control and utility plans that were prepared and coordinated through the project architect.
