RICK performed engineering, surveying, and construction support for the 88-acre Canyon Hills Planning Area. The residential community projects stemmed from Pardee Homes’ Canyon Hills Specific Plan, a mixed-use development totaling over 800 acres.
These multi-family developments provided two- and three-level buildings with Mediterranean and Tuscan themes. The buildings varied in size from 4 to 6 units per building, for a grand total of 1,000 units. The various developments also included recreational buildings with pools, spas, and fitness centers.
RICK’s engineering and design services included public and private water and sewer improvements, a drainage study and storm drain design, retaining wall design, rough grading plans, street improvement plans, and fine grading plans. The project included coordination and processing with the City, Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District, the County Fire Department, and the City of Lake Elsinore Flood Control District. Lastly, construction staking and coordination were also provided for all project-related improvements.
