Project Description
RICK widened and replaced 1,850 feet of existing roadway along the existing two-lane County Club Drive within the County of San Diego (nearby Harmony Grove Village). The new and improved roadway acts as one of the entrances to Harmony Grove Village from the City of Escondido. In order to increase vehicle and pedestrian safety, RICK improved driveway access and included an equestrian trail adjacent to the roadway for local residents, keeping both the vehicle and pedestrian out of harm’s way.
