As a preferred CVS Program Vendor for over 10 years, the RICK Phoenix office has provided professional engineering and survey services for new CVS stores throughout Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Colorado. We are well versed in the CVS site development program, including Quick Looks (QL), Site Due Diligence (SK-1), the Entitlements (SP-1), and final civil construction documents (CD).
In addition to the core design aspects, RICK’s multidisciplinary team also assists CVS projects with rezoning support, specification updates, variance requests, design waivers, traffic engineering, landscape architecture, dry utility coordination, and stormwater management, as well as assembling and collating all building, landscape, and civil plan submittals to the various municipalities and agencies that have an interest in any one project. RICK’s surveying services perform topographical and boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and As-Built ALTA surveys.
