Project Description
Eastlake is a 3,200-acre mixed-use master-planned community consisting of multiple residential, commercial, and industrial neighborhoods accommodating approximately 8,000 homes, a 380-acre employment center, 100 acres of commercial development, an 18-hole championship golf course, several schools and parks, and hundreds of acres of open space.
Located in Chula Vista, this project involved the design of several prime arterial roadways, including the SR-125 within its boundary. As an adjunct to Eastlake, RICK provided all site engineering for the 150-acre United States Olympic Training Center.
