Project Description
RICK provided consulting services to the City of Santa Clarita as part of its effort to secure funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)’s Pre-Disaster Mitigation (PDM) Grant. Services included preparing preliminary design solutions for roadway flooding resulting from stormwater event runoff at five locations, preparing cost estimates for each design, assisting the City of Santa Clarita in preparing the PDM Grant Application, and preparing the benefit-cost analysis (BCA) using FEMA’s BCA software.
