Project Description
Leyden Rock Community is a 1,500-acre master-planned development with 1,800 homes located in northwest Arvada, Colorado. With 60% of the land dedicated to open space uses, the Leyden Rock Community includes 17 miles of hiking, biking and equestrian trails, multiple neighborhood parks, and a recreation center. The community has easy access to the nearby town of Boulder and downtown Denver. There are three unique styles of homes, including attached patio, detached patio, and traditional single family. Featured homebuilders include Remington Homes, D.R. Horton, Lennar Homes, Meritage Homes, and William Lyon Homes. The project included key infrastructure improvements, such as 1.5 miles of offsite roadways and trunk sewer, a booster pump station, and a bridge crossing at Leyden Rock Drive and W. 82nd Avenue.
