Project Description
RICK, in partnership with Dyett & Bhatia, prepared the revitalization study for the Grantville Trolley Station and Alvarado Creek Revitalization Study. The revitalization study focused on transit-oriented, sustainable solutions that would enhance transit opportunities and provide the framework for future transit-oriented development. To date, RICK continues to work alongside public agencies and private developers to begin the first pioneering stages of development to implement the revitalization plan.
