Project Description
Located at the northeast corner of Fort Lowell Road and Alvernon Way, Puente Nuevo Plaza features approximately 65,000 square feet of professional medical and office space and is the home of RICK’s Tucson office.
RICK provided a full suite of professional services for the project, including preparation and processing of a Tentative Plat/Development Plan, Final Plat, Paving and Grading Plan, Offsite Public Roadway Plans, Landscape Plans, Public Water Plans, Public Sewer Plans, Private Utility Plans, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans.
As the site of the former Davidson Elementary School, the project required a rezoning for commercial office uses. Offsite improvements included the extension of an existing reinforced concrete box culvert for the widening of Fort Lowell Road and construction of a bridge over an existing drainageway for vehicular and pedestrian access to the site from Alvernon Way.
