Project Description
Sabre Springs is a 1,500-acre master-planned community with 5,300 homes in north San Diego. The community includes 70 acres of industrial park, 40 acres of commercial development, two school sites, two public parks, and 800 acres of open space (more than 50% of the project). For more than a decade, RICK was involved in all aspects of the Sabre Springs development, including master planning, survey and mapping, site development engineering, road, sewer and drainage system design, and plan processing.
