Project Description
RICK has proudly served the San Diego Unified Port District for decades.
Under our as-needed civil services contract, RICK services include, but are not limited to the following: civil engineering, landscape architecture, traffic engineering, surveying, and plan checking. The scope of RICK services also covers evaluating existing utility systems/providing utility coordination; preparing calculations, drawings, technical specifications, and other bid documents; preparing and reviewing documents required by regulations applicable to storm water conveyance systems (e.g. WQTR and SWPPP); processing engineering drawings and exhibits and relating engineering materials through local and state jurisdiction to obtain necessary permits; providing construction cost estimates; preparing legal descriptions, parcel maps, street vacation maps, and land surveys; providing record maps and preparing as-built drawings.
Services support infrastructure development, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Major Maintenance (MM) projects.
