Project Description
The StorQuest Express project consists of a 355-unit, single-story self-storage facility totaling 49,640 sq. ft. on 2.7 acres in the City of Fairfield. RICK provided services in civil engineering, water resources, traffic engineering, landscape architecture, and construction support. The parcel is zoned CS-PD (Service Commercial-Planned Development Overlay) and development had to adhere to certain regulations of the Master Development Plan for this Overlay District. In addition to civil engineering, RICK efficiently coordinated for and provided traffic engineering and landscape design services for the client, WWG. With this project, WWG expanded their territory in Northern California to the Fairfield market, and the facility provided more self-storage capacity for the residents in an underserved area of Fairfield.
