Project Description
Located in the 68-acre, resource-based Sunset Cliffs Natural Park within the City of San Diego’s Peninsula Community Planning Area, the RICK team is providing the City with civil, planning, and environmental support for the proposed project. Structures along Lomaland Drive and Ladera Street will be removed, and the team will perform associated restoration and trail improvements. RICK is also preparing the subsequent EIR to the 2004 Master Plan EIR. After the project is complete, the land will be graded to restore natural drainage patterns.
