Project Description
The Landing retail supercenter is the inspiration of the Bourn Companies development team and entails a commercial subdivision of 47 parcels, all master-planned for a mix of retail and residential uses. Approximately 75% built out by the beginning of 2023, the campus consists of multiple retail and both fast-food and sit-down restaurant options, as well as big-box retail (Hobby Lobby); big box entertainment (Main Event); a hotel; a grocery store (Sprouts); and a 7-building, 144-unit multifamily complex. The Landing brings another vibrant and unique shopping experience to the south Tucson area, in which the clientele includes locals as well as many visitors from Mexico.
