RICK completed the design of a 640-acre, 626-unit golf-oriented community. The golf-oriented community included clubhouse facilities and surrounding amenities, as well as two Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses with each residential unit (all of which backed up to the golf course). Onsite improvements included the loop connections of Coachella Valley Water District 18” water lines to complete a north-south loop system within the project, in addition to the residential water, sewer, storm drain, grading, and street improvements. Surrounding the 640-acre community were offsite improvements that included design and construction staking for the widening of nearly two miles of arterial streets and an extension of the existing Coachella Valley Water District 18” water mains and 8” sewer mains.
