Project Description
The 950-acre Trilogy and Monarch Dunes Project spans across 950 acres and includes single-family residential, open space, vineyards, trails, and stormwater detention basins. The multi-phased project will include a Vertical Phase and a Land Phase, both which will include stabilization, construction, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (WSPPP) services.
