Switch is a 276-unit Class A multifamily community in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Located at the intersection of Voyager Parkway and North Gate Boulevard, the community is just 20 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and 40 minutes from the South Denver metro area. The location also provides easy access to I-25. Sitting on 11 acres, Switch will consist of 276 one-, two- and three-bedroom garden-style apartment homes. The luxury apartment homes will feature designer interiors, stainless steel and energy-efficient appliances, full-size washers and dryers, and much more. Residents will be treated to resort-style features, including a resident social lounge, 24/7 fully-equipped fitness center, resort-style pool, dog park, and much more. RICK partnered with client Thompson Thrift Construction and conducted crucial field work for the project, including infrastructure, flat work, and building layout, as well as-builts. Our team prioritized responsiveness to the client’s needs in order to help bring these multifamily units to the Colorado Springs area.
