Project Description
The Valencia Town Center Expansion, overseen by Westfield Corporation, added 10 new buildings clustered in a “lifestyles” outdoor plaza concept and required various aspects of civil engineering and utility design, including 2000 linear feet of public water facilities and associated easements (in conjunction with Valencia Water Company) and 1500 linear feet of private mains. RICK also provided construction administration and survey staking services.
Westfield Corporation, a longstanding client of RICK, has solicited civil engineering, surveying, traffic, transportation, urban design, community planning, and landscape architecture design services for a multitude of Westfield malls throughout California.
