Project Description
The Valencia Town Center Expansion, overseen by Westfield Corporation, added 10 new buildings clustered in a “lifestyles” outdoor plaza concept and required various aspects of civil engineering and utility design, including 2000-linear feet of public water facilities and associated easements (in conjunction with Valencia Water Company) and 1500-linear feet of private mains. RICK also provided construction administration and survey staking services.
Westfield Corporation, a longstanding client of RICK, has solicited civil engineering, surveying, traffic, transportation, urban design, community planning and landscape architecture design services for a multitude of Westfield malls throughout California.
