Wallace Lake Estates is a 140-acre single-family development near the town of Wallace in Calaveras County. Located in the Sierra Nevada foothills, the site has views of the Camanche Reservoir. RICK prepared aerial mapping, grading and utility studies, construction documents, and subdivision mapping for 124 single-family custom lots.
