Project Description
RICK prepared and processed grading plans for the 2-phased, 279,000-square-foot Waxie Warehouse. Project tasks included public improvement and grading plans, private site construction documents, lot line adjustment plat, ALTA survey, a Storm Water Quality Management Plan (SWMP) ,and a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The project design was coordinated with the City of Ontario, San Bernardino County Flood Control District, Cucamonga County Water District, a local architectural firm, and their sub-consultant design team. The Waxie Warehouse project was the first of three projects to be completed for Waxie Enterprises.
