Project Description
The West Creek Subdivision Project in San Luis Obispo includes a 67-new single-family residence and a 105-multi-family residence. The West Creek Project complies with the Central Coast PCR’s and includes Low Impact Design (LID) elements, such as hybrid detention basins and bioretention basins, modular wetland systems for public right-of-way treatment, and roadside bioretention swales. Additionally, the project required processing of a Watershed Management Zone (WMZ) through the Regional Board.
RICK performed various stormwater tasks on this project such as, but not limited to, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), Stormwater Control Plan (SWCP), Best Management Practices (BMPs), Drainage Study, O&M Manual, and sampling for pH and turbidity.
