Project Description
RICK was selected to prepare plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E), field surveying services, and topographical base mapping for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of three residential streets within the City of Westminster, CA. The reconstruction efforts improved the aesthetic character, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, ADA access, and drainage along residential streets in each of the three Westminster neighborhoods. The project also enhanced the functionality of the existing streets by widening the roadway, constructing new curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and residential driveways, and by rehabilitating the existing pavement structural sections. To ensure the project was on completed on time and under budget, RICK prioritized the multi-agency coordination with Caltrans, SCE, AT&T, Verizon, and the Midway Sanitation District.
