The Whisper Village 15-acre commercial development in Arvada, Colorado project consisted of infrastructure design, including an assessment of ADA pedestrian ramps and pedestrian circulation throughout the development and connections to existing public right-of-way. With a significant amount of vertical relief over the property, it required creative designs in order to be in compliance with both Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and City of Arvada ADA access criteria. RICK provided much-needed commercial services in the region by performing all services for design, permit processing, and construction staking. Our team also managed key coordination with City officials and provided the client with critical advisement regarding the project development process, ADA design, and traffic engineering.
