RICK’s Construction Management Department has been helping clients drive a more efficient and effective construction process since our founding more than 65 years ago. RICK construction managers have experience in a multitude of public infrastructure and private development projects, including major roadway/highway projects, pipeline projects, single-family and multi-family residential projects, commercial centers, and industrial developments.
Budget Management
Our team provides project cost and construction schedule projection reports at the very early stages of each project, then follows through to project completion with plan constructability review, bidding, contractor negotiation, construction, coordination, and project close-out. Project cost and schedule reports are updated at each significant project milestone, providing clients with the resources necessary to manage project finances.
