RICK’s Water Resources Department was created in 1978 in response to increasing demand from clients for hydrologic and hydraulic analyses. An established, integral part of the company, the group interacts with the Civil Engineering Department daily to provide specialized knowledge of current drainage and stormwater management regulations. Our in-house expertise with drainage design brings enormous value to clients faced with complex drainage constraints. Fully versed in evolving construction and post-construction stormwater quality regulations, our staff are industry leaders in NPDES compliance and can navigate the current regulations from project planning through design and construction.
