Over the past year, we looked back on our history as a firm through our historical articles. The journey started in San Diego with Glenn Rick, and the story continued through the evolution of our widespread growth over the next 70 years.
Through a commitment to our partners and clients, we grew steadily and made a lasting impact on communities across the southwestern United States. As the needs and populations of those communities grew, so did we.
Over time, that expansion led to 11 RICK offices across California, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. Our team expanded to more than 400 employees, and our project portfolio reached over 20,000 projects.
This past 2025 year began with a reflection on the partnerships and projects that brought us to where we are today. Our people are at the center of it all, and their passion and tenacity have shaped every chapter of our story. Each of our four Presidents helped lead the firm into a new era and new seasons of growth, all while keeping people as the focus.
