The San Diego International Airport awarded RICK’s Landscape Architecture Department a fourth project: The San Diego County Regional Authority Administration Building.
The Administration Building will be approximately 111,400-square feet and will be located on the northeast corner of McCain Road and Spruance Road (at the west end of the San Diego International Airport).
The Site Plan Concept showcases the Administration Building as a four-story building. The first floor will include a Board Room and Innovation Lab, with nearby access to ground transportation. The second floor will include amenities such as a fitness center and a cafe. The third and fourth floors will house the CEO and Executive Team along with Finance and Accounting, Revenue Management, Air Service Development, Marketing, and other departments that require direct adjacency.
RICK’s Landscape Architecture Department is also working on the following San Diego International Airport projects:
- Air Cargo Facility
- Facilities Management Campus
- Airline Support Building
