Every year, RICK facilitates an in-house fundraising campaign for United Way – San Diego.
United Way’s mission is to “spark breakthrough community action that elevates every child and family toward a brighter future”. Using a collective impact approach – unifying local partner resources – United Way is able to improve the lives of children and their families across the region.
This year alone (2019), 60 local RICK employees elected to contribute a total of $18,433 to United Way.
