This month, RICK welcomed Kristina Hysler, MS PE to our RICK family as Director of Watershed Science and Planning. Kristina will champion our new Watershed Science and Planning Group. We are honored to welcome her to the team and look forward to the new ways RICK will be able to serve our clients and communities.

“I’m excited to help assist RICK in broadening our offerings beyond engineering. By bolstering our internal expertise in water quality chemistry and biology, we’re equipping our engineers with the knowledge to develop thoughtful and responsible solutions.”    —Kristina Hysler, MS PE

With over 20 years of experience in environmental engineering and water quality consulting, Kristina is an expert in sustainable environmental solutions and regulatory compliance. Before her current role, she led key global initiatives at WSP USA, including the development of innovative digital tools, such as Wood’s Virtual Consultation Platform (VCP), and she managed projects that enhanced community water systems. “What I like about RICK is the true sense of community. Our job as consultants is to support our clients with the best technical solutions, but the only way we do that is by supporting and mentoring our people, because their innovative ideas are what drive our business.”   —Kristina Hysler, MS PE

Kristina’s expertise and passion have already proven assets to RICK, and we’re excited for the development of our new service area under her leadership.

Welcome to the team, Kristina!
